With a diverse background in education, operations management and human resources, Kristi has worked in large and small organizations in both the public and private sectors. Kristi has specific expertise in designing recruitment strategies that respect and value the diversity and inclusion of all individuals as well as key considerations for creating a positive employee experience for new immigrants and new Canadians. Kristi is a well-rounded HR professional with a keen eye for business process improvement and she is always looking to build her skills, experience and knowledge by tackling new and exciting workplace challenges!
