Natasha has always had a passion for business development and innovation. She believes that people are an organization’s most valuable resource.
With a specialization in the health care sector, her journey of human resources has required a comprehensive understanding of employee relations, high volume full cycle recruitment, job analysis and design, conflict resolution, health and wellness, return to work plans, and performance management.
Natasha has provided strategic consultation to management in public, private and multi-unionized environments. She is a self-starter with experience in leading projects such as a compensation structure, attendance management programs, and an extensive marketing plan aimed at enhancing recruitment and retention initiatives. She is committed to continuous education and learning, currently in the pursuit of an MBA specializing in Human Resource Leadership.
As a former professional rugby athlete, at the highest level playing for team Canada, Natasha’s core values are founded in teamwork, resilience, accountability and respect.
